Hello! We are WSU’s National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) team.
What is NSAC?
The National Student Advertising Competition (or NSAC, to save you some breath!) is an incredible opportunity for advertising students and advertising enthusiasts to acquire real advertising experience with the help of real national clients and industry experts. There are 112 NSAC teams across the country split across 15 districts competing for 8 spots at the national competition.
Who is WSU NSAC?
We’re a small, passionate team of researchers and storytellers, and creatives on a year-long mission to develop the best advertising campaign in the country for a nationally renowned brand. This year, we’re being asked to develop a comprehensive communication that will help our client reach a Gen Z audience. As a team, we will travel regionally for Districts in April but we won’t stop there. Our goal is to make it through districts and regionals all the way to represent WSU nationally, but we need your help!

To create a great campaign, we need to conduct great research. To conduct great research, we need great participants (and great numbers of participants). To help recruit great participants, we'd like to offer great incentives. This amount helps us cover incentive items for survey and focus group participants.
Any and everything helps! This donation gets us one step closer to making it to our competition in April!
The National Student Advertising Competition is presented by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), and every student is required to register as a member with them. Your donation covers that fee for one team member!
Districts is in Spokane, WA, which is great news for us because we don't have to travel very far! Students will be carpooling to the competition, and your donation will fill one student driver's gas tank.
This donation is amazing Indeed! Every district has specific competition fees, and this amount covers our team's costs to compete in District 11!
After spending two whole semesters together working long days and nights to complete this project, we're more than comfortable squeezing four to a hotel room! Your donation covers one night in a hotel for four students.
Our district's competition is in Spokane, Washington, so we will drive there from Pullman. Our team is pretty small (but fierce!), so it will only take 3-4 vehicles to get everyone there. This amount will fill every driver's gas tank!
NSAC Districts is a three day event, which means we will be staying two nights in a hotel. This amount covers four students' hotel fees for the entire competition!
