Our Crowdfunding Groups
Mariachi Leones del Monte was founded a little over a year ago in the fall of 2023. The group was created to provide students with outlet to participate in a very important aspect of Mexican culture. Since our creation, we have played at over 18 events in Pullman and Moscow. We even won "Best Small Group" in the 2023 Lentil Parade. Our members can currently join as a club or a one credit arts class. Through our existence we hope to enrich the community culture and promote higher education for Hispanic/Latine students.
In line with our goal, we are planning to host an event for high school mariachi students around the state. Students will attend a one day event where they can tour the campus, receive informational workshops, and play their repertoire for other schools. Schools in attendance would be Chiawana, East Wenatchee, Grandview, Pasco, Othello, and Wenatchee. Ultimately, we hope this event will make college more attainable and attractive to these students.
Your donations will go towards the costs of transportation and meals for students. This event cannot take place without your help. Thank you for donating or simply sharing our cause.

A classic instrument played by all the mariachi greats. The guitar selflessly lists up its fellow instruments and makes our songs what you know and love today.
Our biggest instrument also plays the biggest role: keeping us on tempo. Without it, we would not be able to perform.
