With only 20 participants selected, The Academy provides an exclusive opportunity to develop self-awareness, leadership skills, teamwork, and adaptability. Essential qualities in today’s fast paced business world. Attendees gain insights into values-driven leadership and systems thinking, preparing them to make a lasting impact in their careers and communities.
While The Academy covers all program costs, travel expenses are not included, and that’s where we need your help. Your donation will directly support our members in covering flight costs, ensuring they don’t miss out on this life-changing experience due to financial barriers.
