The Impact of Maker 3D's Easter Egg hunt
Our 3D Printing Club is raising funds to design and host a community Easter egg hunt that combines creativity, technology, and outreach into a fun community event. Using our printers, we will produce custom 3D-printed eggs, tokens, and themed items that make the event unique while keeping it affordable and reusable for future events.
Funds raised will go directly toward essential materials and operations, including filament, printer maintenance, and extended print time needed to produce hundreds of durable eggs and prizes. A portion of the funding will also support a high-quality first-place prize to make the event exciting and rewarding for participants of all ages.
This project allows our club to apply engineering, design and creative skills in a real-world setting while giving back to the community. By supporting this effort, donors help create a fun, inclusive event and enable students to showcase how 3D printing can be used for positive community impact.
