WSU Swim Club: 2026 CCS Western Regionals

We are working to raise funds to send 12 swimmers to the 2026 CCS Western Regionals in Mission Viejo, CA, as well as other travel events in the future. As a club, our goal is to provide a fun and safe space for college students to continue pursuing their love for swimming and achieve their goals. We work to build lasting relationships and life skills that can be applied after a swimmer's time with our club.

This is our third year going to the Regionals. The Western Regionals swim meet is a 2-day competition between the college club teams in this region of the US.  Every year our team has attended, we have gained great standing with the college club swimming corporation, as well as the other colleges participating in the meet. It is very important to our team to attend this meet again, as it greatly helps us build the community in our team and build our connection with others.

Throughout the school year, we hold team-bonding events such as bowling, pumpkin patches, game nights, and more. Through these events, our team has built a tight-knit community of unlikely friends spanning ages 17-24. Aside from our dedication to continue pursuing our love for swimming, building a community is just as important. Not only is our community outside of practice strong, but this season we have shown an increase in attendance and dedicated swimmers. We doubled our roster from around 12 swimmers to 25 this year! By donating to our goal, we can take some of the financial burden off of our swimmers to help them continue to work towards their college swimming goals!
