Take Archery Club to Vegas Shoot 2027!

Though new to the sports club scene, Archery Club has been a constant presence at WSU since its founding in 2017. We welcome university archers of all levels from your first time holding a bow to ready for competition! As a club we strive to cultivate a safe environment for our members to meet other students, practice archery judgement free, and dabble in some friendly competition. Our members partake in a wide variety of disciplines including Olympic recurve, barebow, and compound. We invite university students to come and learn from our team of trained rangemasters and our USA Archery certified instructor!

This past year for our club has been one of major changes and transitions as we settle into our new range space and welcome many new members. In January of this year, we sent our team of eight to the 2026 Indoor Nationals in Cheney, WA, where they enjoyed a weekend of shooting and team bonding.

This year we have hopes of expanding our team to ten members and sending them to the 2027 Indoor Nationals in Monroe, WA, but also to the 2027 Vegas Shoot! Your donations will go towards our teams competition funds which includes, but is not limited to:

• Travel expenses: Flights or vans to and from competition, and transportation to and from hotels

• Competition fees: USA Archery membership fees and competition registration fees

• Team wear: Potential team jerseys or other team gear

• Food and housing: Cost of hotels and food for ten students

Every donation helps to get us closer to our goal of sending our team to the largest indoor archery competition in the world!
