Candles for Cougs

Study & Club Hub is a place where students connect to study and complete coursework. It is very academically focused because we value doing our best and challenging ourselves to the fullest extent. As a group, we often put our studies at the forefront, and it can be easy to neglect ourselves, including our self-care, creating a high-stress environment. We meet often to foster community, strengthen connections, and build rapport. This semester, our size has doubled, and members have shown up to support themselves and each other on our college journey.

As global students, we are located throughout the country, and we are living different lives. Many of us are parents juggling raising children while being full-time students. Others of us are diligently planning for our futures after graduation by planning for graduate programs and fulfilling careers. We all have unique ideas of success, and WSU is a part of our plan to build our lives. These candles will be a valued gift and serve as a reminder to our members that the work we do at WSU is important, but so is taking time to take care of ourselves.
